The Paris Review Goes Digital

Today the Paris Review announced it is now offering a digital subscription through the Zinio platform.  Digital subs start with this summer’s issue and cost $30 for a year, meaning four issues.  Zinio offers an easily accessible PDF iteration of the magazine viewable on iOS devices and on the Web.

    Too bad, Zinio is an abomination. Create a real iPad app, or provide PDFs. (Yes, that’s digital enough for me.) I might actually consider subscribing, as the paradox of the Paris Review is that, since I live in France, it’s international postage rates.

      Agreed, Bud. And their sample at Zinio is incredibly lame (how could anyone make a decision to subscribe to PR based on looking at an ad for FSG new releases?), which is surprising because their website is pretty good.
