Electrowetting: the Successor to E-Ink?

Look past the terrible name for this new technology and you may see an E-Ink killer: the Electrowetting display.  Gizmodo has a cool post about this new kind of display that Samsung is looking into producing and which could end up replacing E-Ink in e-readers and other things. Why?  Because not only can these screens display 16 million colors, but they can update what’s on screen fast enough to play video! We’ll see, we’ll see, we’ll see if this is the next big thing.  Check out Gizmodo for more info.
