After we posted the news that BAM was selling Sony Readers for $99, the company responded on Twitter to explain the perplexing note at the bottom of the listing that said the Reader was no longer available. Here’s BAM’s tweet: “Our e-reader sale (which started Friday, July 9th) was so successful that we sold them all! Now it’s time to buy eBooks, Readers! 
” So, nevermind that cheap e-Reader opportunity.
