Here at the Listen Up Home Office, I just unpacked a shipment of audiobooks from Random House Audio and it’s chock full of amazing titles. I was going to pick one for a Now Playing post, but I actually don’t know which audiobook to listen to first.
On my desk are the following:
Brandwashed: Tricks Companies Use To Manipulate Our Minda And Persuade Us To Buy by Martin Lindstrom; read by Dan Woren.
Aleph by Paulo Coelho; read by Mark Bramhall.
Nightwoods by Charles Frazier; read by Will Patton.
Last Man In Tower by Aravind Adiga; read by Sam Dastor.
Moneyball by Michael Lewis; read by Scott Brick.
Tension City by Jim Lehrer; read by the author.
Where to even begin? I’m leaning toward Moneyball, but Tension City — with its audio clips and interviews from every presidential debate since Kennedy-Nixon — looks so good too. Definitely check out these titles from Random House Audio and the above links for audio excerpts.
